https://researchmap.jp/tamaminakanoOur goal is to clarify the mechanisms by which the human mind is generated through the interaction between the body, brain, and society. Specifically, we are conducting research on:
1. Estimation of the mind state that appears in spontaneous physical activity
2. Brain mechanisms for generating the concept of self
3. Development of social function and its impairment (especially for autism spectrum disorders)
Our approach is using psychological methods, brain imaging, and artificial intelligence, particularly focusing on phenomena such as blinking, pupil dilation, facial expressions, and body image. We are currently seeking undergraduate and graduate students, JSPS postdoctoral researchers, and collaborative researchers to join us in conducting research that will surprise the world.
Let’s conduct exciting research together!
